:: Ingredients
Raw Rice 1 cup
Oil 1 tbsn
Salt As per taste

:: Method
Soak rice in water overnight.
Grind rice with enough water.
Heat a pan, add the ground rice and salt and stirring continuously cook till all
water is evapourated. Remove from flame and mix oil.
After the mix is cooled make idiappams using idiappam maker. Serve hot with
stew or egg curry.
