Green gram Dosai

:: Ingredients
Sprouted Green gram ½ cup
Rice 1 cup
Salt As per taste

:: Method
Make sprouts out of Moong.
Soak rice overnight.
Grind rice and sprouts adding enough water. Add salt.
Heat a nonstick griddle and apply oil on it. Pour about 4 tbsn of batter cook
covered till done on both sides.
