Ingredients:
Eggs – 3
Onion chopped – 1 big
Green chillies chopped – 2
Haldi – 1/4 teaspoon
Salt – According to taste
Oil – 2 tablespoon
Method:
Heat oil in a frying pan, add the chopped onions and fry for 2 minutes. Now add the chopped chillies, haldi and salt and fry for another minute and spread this evenly on the frying pan. Break the eggs one by one on top of this onion masala. Do not break the yolks as it looks unattractive. Cover the pan and cook this on low flame till the yolks are cooked. garnish with cilantro. (A good party dish)
